Electrician

Minimum Year Experience: 0-1 year

Minimum Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities: Read blueprints and electrical schematics to perform the electrical assembly of controls panels. Identify electrical components such as breakers, disconnect switches, starters, relays, timers, overloads, etc. Drill and tap panels. Layout of panel conduit, transformers, CTs, relays and circuit breakers. Wire panels using point to point wiring. May be required to help with panel installation on the customer site. Reports to the shop supervisor or controls technician.  

 

CAD Drafter

Minimum Year Experience:  1 year

Minimum Education:  Associates Degree

Responsibilities: Work with the Project Engineers and Engineering Manager to develop drawings of electrical control systems.  These drawings will include electrical schematics, point to point wiring diagrams, single line diagrams, conduit layout drawings, cable tabulations, bill of materials, and logic diagrams.  

 

Controls Technician

Minimum Year Experience: 0-1 year

Minimum Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities: May assist in the assembly and installation of controls panels. May be responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software. Works with and assists the Engineering team in the following areas: quoting projects, programming PLC’s and HMI screens, creating Bill of Material spreadsheets, ordering and receiving parts.  

 

Sr. Controls Technician

Minimum Year Experience:  5 years

Minimum Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities: Works with the Engineering team to design the controls panels. Supervises the assembly and installation of controls panels. May be responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software. Works with and assists the Engineering team in the following areas: quoting projects, programming PLC’s and HMI screens, creating Bill of Material spreadsheets, ordering and receiving parts.  

 

Controls Engineer 

Minimum Year Experience: 1 year

Minimum Education Bachelors

Responsibilities: Designs, develops, and supervises all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery. May be responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

 

Senior Controls Engineer 

Minimum Year Experience: 5 years

Minimum Education:  Bachelors

Responsibilities: Designs, develops, and supervises all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery. May be responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May report to an executive or a manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 

 

Administrative Assistant

Minimum Year Experience:  1 year

Minimum Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities: All accounts management, i.e. accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Also helps manage parts by issuing purchase orders and following parts receiving procedures. Responsible for setting up jobs in our time tracking software, as well as, QuickBooks for accurate billing. Assists the Design and Engineering Team in any area needed.

 

Office Manager

Minimum Year Experience:  3 years

Minimum Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities: Takes care of all the day to day operations to ensure the office runs smoothly. The office manager oversees all the duties of the administrative assistant. Monitors the projects for profitability. Assists the Design and Engineering Team in any area needed.
